The construction process begins with excavation and filling the foundation with gravel.
The side granite plates are installed with glued XPS for hydro and thermal insulation. In this way, the boundaries of the foundation are also set. After that, reinforcement bars and placement of internal communications is carried out, followed by driving vertical fasteners. During the pouring of the concrete, pre-prepared horizontal plates with mounted spikes are also embedded, which are fixed immovably after the concrete has hardened.
After the construction of the general reinforcement of the walls, the door frames and window frames are installed, and when the outer and inner plates are closed, everything is poured together.
Granite is used for the exterior cladding - a material that is extremely hard and resistant to all natural influences and fires. The building is practically insulated with XPS like one big thermos. Energy losses are the lowest according to LANA standards measured so far. The interior lining includes the use of travertine - a very warm and highly insulating stone that provides coziness and comfort. The bathrooms are lined with specially selected onyx, which prevents the appearance of mold.
The walls are attached to the fasteners with the help of brackets, then the rainwater pipes are installed. Then the inner travertine lining is placed and locked using the pre-prepared hooks.
After straightening all the vertical walls, the supports for the horizontal plates, prepared in advance with long vertical fasteners, are installed. After the installation of the horizontal plates, reinforcement and installation of lighting and ventilation is carried out.
For constant circulation of fresh air, a patented ventilation system based on a natural fireplace effect has been developed, which reduces energy costs by up to 80%.
When pouring the concrete, start from the walls, and after the walls are completely filled, continue with the pouring of the entire horizontal slab. This method guarantees seismic resistance of the building up to the 10th degree on the Richter scale.
It is important to note that when the roof slab is poured, XPS insulation is installed, which bonds to the concrete, and the next day, the large granite plates are installed at a 2° slope for rainwater drainage. This approach enables the installation of solar panels and other technologies for energy and water production. With this method, the finished building, built in a few months, guarantees you endless comfort and an extremely healthy living environment.

Renovation

The term “renovation” is sometimes understood merely as adding thermal insulation to the facade. Our proposed method not only improves insulation but also strengthens the building and enhances its appearance.

With this technology, concrete is protected from all kinds of external influences and especially from salt, which is its biggest enemy.
If there are warm mineral springs, under-granite heating can be done to prevent freezing in winter. Only +5° temperature is needed. The process begins with the thorough removal of the entire layer of old asphalt, using the appropriate equipment.
After the complete removal of the asphalt, excavation of the entire route begins, during which the earth mass is removed to a depth of 80 cm. When the excavation is ready, a textile membrane is placed, which separates the gravel from the ground and prevents moisture from penetrating upwards. At this stage, the trench is filled with 50 cm of gravel along the entire length.
After the initial layer of gravel is placed, it needs to be leveled evenly along the route. The gravel is leveled with the frount loader and tamped with a roller.
The side plates are installed using an excavator and a special clamp. After driving the fasteners with a pneumatic machine, the plates are adjusted using an excavator and a clamp.
The reinforcing spikes of the vertical plates and the reinforcement bars are made of composite bars, which do not corrode and are 50% cheaper than steel armature. After the installation of the plates is completed, the fixing stakes are tied with wire.
This technology allows vertical plates to be adjusted with a laser, precisely to a millimeter, which is very important for water drainage.
At this stage, the lateral part of the vertical plates is cast with concrete. Each side is vibrated to allow the concrete to fill the voids around the fasteners. The web is prepared for concreting by placing a mesh of composite reinforcement.
30 cm of concrete is poured, then vibrated with suitable equipment. It is necessary to smooth the freshly poured concrete before placing the horizontal plates.
The road is completed by placing horizontal granite slabs, and when placed, the anchor is driven into the concrete and remains permanently. Before joining the two horizontal plates, a sealant is poured, which prevents the penetration of water between the plates. The plates are placed with a one-degree slope, which helps the water run off. The process is repeated on the adjacent lane.
At the moment of installation, the horizontal granite plates are anchored in the concrete and become one unit. The surface of the granite has a special heat treatment to guarantee 100% adhesion between the tires and the granite.
The cost of the road is the same as for an asphalt road.
With this technology, the road will not need repairs for decades.
